Drunk Elephant IPA (India Pale Ale) was our first brew created and distributed in April 2008. It is a very hoppy beer with IBU's around 60and has an ABV of 3.9%. While it does not the strongest alcoholic content; it more than makes up for it in taste. It has received many rave reviews and has been even called the 2nd best beer in its category tasted by an unofficial beer aficionado! Not too bad for our entry into the biz!
Insane Monk, aka The Monk, was our second beer which ran for a short time. It is a wheat beer that has a sweet, citrus taste and is often served with an orange slice (think Blue Moon). It has an ABV of 5.17% and IBU's of about 12. There have been a few requests to bring it back so the possibility of a return of The Monk still exists!
Psycho Porter is our latest brew. As stated, it is a porter with nice hints of chocolate. This beer has an ABV of 5.5% and 16 IBU's. What started off as a limited run may soon be a regular in the lineup.
